Our dishes are always cooked on-site, so you will be able to witness our skipper/chef preparing the meals. To guarantee the freshness and authenticity of the dishes we purchase all the raw materials every morning, before the excursions, at our trusted fishmongers. Our specialities are clams and mussels, “moscioli” in Ancona’s dialect, both local and fished in our seabed, with which we prepare the tasty dishes that are typical of our area.
